Custom Targets
CRREM Target Pathways
The software automatically calculates the CRREM Target Pathways (energy and emissions) for every building type supported by CRREM.
A portfolio-level CRREM Target Pathway will be displayed if all buildings in the portfolio are supported by CRREM.
Custom Target Setting
Custom Targets can be set for cases where company targets are not aligned to CRREM or where buildings in the portfolio are not supported by CRREM.
Custom targets can be set on a year-by-year basis using different methods (% change, absolute, intensity).
Scenario Analysis
Different targets can be applied to different scenarios to assess the feasibility of different levels of ambition.

JLL provides a series of out-of-the-box Action Templates with pre-defined cost and impact assumptions based on statistical analysis of the JLL energy project database

On-demand Reports
  • Reports enable in-depth analysis of key metrics, pathways, and cash flows across different scenarios.
  • Powered by Microsoft Power BI, Reports are interactive and can be exported in PNG, PPT, or PDF format.
  • Traditional BI workflows rely on scheduled data refreshes, meaning data added or changed today will not be available in the report until the next refresh (often the next day). Carbon Pathfinder Reports can be refreshed on demand, when you need them.
  • Custom reports tailored to specific audiences and workflows can be ordered.

Easy Onboarding
This makes it easy to onboard new buildings and keep the data in Carbon Pathfinder in sync with the data being used for reporting and certification.
Compliance Ready
As of Feb 2024, there were more than 50 state/local compliance ordinances across the US and Canada that require building energy use disclosure via ESPM. Buildings that are already in compliance can be onboarded to Carbon Pathfinder within minutes.
